If you are interested in adopting one of our gliders, we require that the correct form(s) are filled out and returned. This is for everyone's benefit, and is a common practice by most breeders / rescues.

If not, then please use the contact page to request us to email you the form(s) you wish to fill out and submit or you can use the following buttons and have your device download the application and you can scan and email or send it to us.

Under no circumstances do we breed the rescues with the breeding gliders.
